On May 22, 1902, President Theodore Roosevelt designated Crater Lake National Park, teeming with wildlife, seasonal waterfalls, 90 miles of hiking trails, and striking reflections of the towering peaks above the crystal clear lake within its 183,000 acres. At 1,943 feet, Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the United States.

Love these style of Pins (we are collectors as we visit parks). The quality is high. On this one please note that the outline and the lettering are SILVER, not gold as shown in the picture. This is consistent with the other pins in this series (being silver, not gold).
