Badlands National Park PinItem#: 367412
Badlands National Park protects 242,756 acres of sharply eroded buttes, pinnacles, and spires blended with the largest undisturbed mixed grass prairie in the United States. The White River Badlands contain the largest assemblage of known late Eocene and Oligocene mammal fossils. Marine fossils have also been found in deposits from an ancient sea that existed in the region 75 to 67 million years ago during the Cretaceous period.
The park is the site of the reintroduction of the black-footed ferret, the most endangered land mammal in North America.
Special Edition Badland National Park Pin measures 3/4''W x 1 1 4/''H.
I purchased this pin as well as several other National Park pins for the ones I have visited. They are perfect remembrances of the parks. Beautiful. Interesting. Good quality. Fast shipping and very good packaging.

I bought this pin ( and 9 others) and requested delivery to the UK. They were delivered quicker than estimated time and perfectly packaged. The pins are lovely and a great reminder of trips to the National Parks.

Fair prices and interesting pins. My wife collects them so I give them to her as birthday and Christmas gifts. She places them in a nice shadow box also given to her as a gift.
