During WWII posters like the images on this pouch were used to encourage women to contribute to the war efforts by joining special divisions of the military, working in factories, and conserving resources at home. General MacArthur called the ''Women's Army Corps'', as it was referred, being his best soldiers as they worked harder, complained less, and were better disciplined. This commemorative pouch tells part of the story by highlighting the iconic posters.

The "We Can Do It" Rosie poster has been a favorite of mine for decades! Love the presentation and what it stands for. When I saw the pouch featuring posters representing other great women's organizations of WWII, I just had to have it. The quality of the pouch itself and the graphics are outstanding! I haven't decided yet if I am going to use it as a carryall for my purse, or as pouch to protect my NP Passport when I travel. The vibrant colors will certainly make it easy to find in my travel bag. I would recommend this attractive pouch for quality, as well as looks to anyone who has an interest.
