Delightful and iconic 7th Jun 2021

This pitcher and the other such blown glass items are just wonderful. They are gorgeous and sturdy and present an appreciation for this country's history, craftspeople and technologies. We purchased the small and medium size pitchers in both green and blue, and typically use them for milk or syrups. The green ones are 1% milk in accordance with the 1% milk containers' green lids, and the blue with 2% in accordance with the 2% lids. And sometimes whole milk or 1/2&1/2 will sneak into the blue pitchers.

We also have the large green pitcher with heart-shaped mouth, for iced tea or water.

We have found these all to be appropriately - even bargain - priced, especially since they seem to last handling longer than most conventional pottery of the same size and use. We hope that you might find them affordable, useful and eminently attractive too.

Note: please excuse that we repeated this review for all the pitchers that we purchased.

Do note also that the green and blue pitchers, being handmade and likely by different craftspeople at different times, are not identical in size and shape. Regarding ourselves, we found that part of their charm.
