A historical reproduction, our Green Glass Pepper Bottle is modeled after an artifact aboard the U.S.S. Cairo, an ironclad gunboat that sank in the Yazoo River during the Civil War. While the artifact is on display, this green one can be yours!
Individually hand blown using Jamestown glassblowing techniques established in Colonial Virginia, this item adds depth and character to your kitchen glassware as it is green, the natural color of glass and the only color available in 16th century Virginia. With its earthy tones, it adds a charming appeal when filled with your favorite spices or herbal concoctions.

Perfect gift for the woman who already has a large collection of small glass vases for flowers out of her garden. Liked the historical aspects of the bottle and it was the best-packaged fragile item I have ever seen. Buy one (or two)!
