Rocky Knob, Blue Ridge Parkway Collectible Pin

Rocky Knob is one of the Blue Ridge Parkway's original developed areas and includes a campground, picnic area and visitor center.  Several trails, including the Rock Castle Gorge Trail, give visitors access to areas rich in plants and wildlife and the remains of local cultural history.  The ride along the Parkway winds through agricultural landscapes and offers long distance views into the Piedmont 1700 feet below.
