Who are America's National Parks™ and Eastern National?
America's National Parks™ is a brand of Eastern National, a non-profit organization founded in 1947 to provide educational products and services in more than 150 national parks. How does my purchase from this website, or from any of your stores, support the national parks?
Our one-of-a-kind products, services, and experiences support and enhance the mission of our country's national parks. 100% of our proceeds go back to parks in support of educational and interpretive programs.
Does your website contain all the products from your stores?
Each online store contains many top-selling products from each store, not our full inventory. We are always adding new products to our site, so please visit frequently! As the Number 1 provider of national park-related materials we carry over 85,000 items, company-wide.
I can't find the product I am looking for. What now?

If I order from you online, will this result in SPAM mail or my address being sold to other companies?
Eastern National and America's National Parks™ stores does not sell your data to third party's or store credit card numbers in our databases. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
If I order online, will my credit card number and personal information remain secure?
Your credit card information is kept protected and private at all times.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What shipping options do you have?
We ship via UPS and USPS. If you have special requests (e.g. specific carrier, special circumstances, etc.), please call Customer Service at (877) NAT-PARK.
What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (EST). Orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our online orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. For U.S. domestic locations, delivery of in-stock items will occur typically within 10 - 14 days for standard shipping due to USPS delays and 3 - 4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations, delivery may vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

I didn't receive all of the items in my order!
We offer a large variety of products stored in different America's National Parks™ locations across the country. In some cases it may be necessary to ship orders from a variety of store locations. Note, however, there are no additional fees for this service. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship your entire order, we will make every effort to deliver the remaining items as quickly as possible. We will notify you of your order status.
Can the website accept promotional discount codes or sales tax exempt numbers?
Yes, but exclusions apply for promotional discount codes. Coupon codes are only valid on shop.americasnationalparks.org and is not applicable on sales tax or shipping charges. Coupon codes are not valid on sale items and combination or gift sets since these items have already been discounted.
