I have been a fan of the NPS Passport program since its inception and the Passport is one of my most prized possessions, as it documents so many trips and brings back memories, the way a photo album would. There have been numerous times we have taken a diversion to visit a small, or less known, NPS site just to get a stamp and been pleasantly surprised at finding something special we might otherwise have missed. What a great program!

I got the Passport book when we visited the Acadia National Park in Sept 2018 . I didn't know about the actual stamp being available and just used the stamp pad to mark the book. When we went to the Dry Tortuga's we became informed by the woman at the gift center about the stamp for that site. Now I have the stamp in my book for the visit to Acadia National Park, along with other stamps to put in my passport and use them to set up the next place to visit.

Passport stamps are beautiful, each depicting a scene from one of many special locations in this great land of ours. Flipping through the pages, as I found the right place for each stamp, brought back so many happy memories The Passport Stamps are also an excellent way to learn about our culture, our history, and our geography.
