Acadia NP Traveler Pin

Founded in 1916 as Sieur de Monts National Monument, Acadia National Park underwent two name changes to become the park we know today. It is the oldest national park east of the Mississippi River and was the first park with a trail system, including 44-miles of carriage trails and 17 stone bridges.
