Fort Stanwick was built in 1758 and completed in 1762, near what would become Rome, New York. The fort, which predates the United States of America, was built to protect a stretch of trade route known as the Oneida Carry.
This rectangular pin shows a face of the star shaped fort set in front of a muted blue background. The guard tower is represented to the left of the flag pole, which proudly flies the American flag.
This lapel pin is a unique way to mark your visit on a map, or to start conversation at your next event. Place it on your purse, backpack, or anywhere else to signal your love of history!
