New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park

New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park preserves the history and heritage of the 1800s whaling industry in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Additionally, visitors to the park will discover sites and stories related to the Native American Iñupiat culture, global immigration, women’s history, the Civil War and the Underground Railroad. It is also home to the oldest continually operating custom house in America.
