I want to send a shout out to the Customer Service representative that assisted me with this. I'm sorry, I forgot his name. I had just visited this park two weeks prior and they indicated they didn't have a token. When I saw it on the website, I was happy. Yet, it only permited me to only select one. When completing the order there was a box for additional comments. I wrote that I wish I could get two, yet system wouldn't permit it. Apparently this Representative saw my note and went ahead and sent me a second one and charged me the difference. To top it off, he called me and informed me of what he did. Speak about Excellent Customer Service. Could you please provide me his name.
