Living in the DMV I have been to the Jefferson Memorial many times. The absolute best time to visit the Jefferson Memorial and the Tidal Basin is when the cherry blossoms are blooming. (Granted Stumpy is no longer with us but it's seedlings will be). Having the token is having my own piece of the Memorial.
